Our cattle are grass fed grain finished, that means from early spring to late fall they graze on natural pasture and in the winter months they are brought into our feed lot and are fed corn sileage, alfalfa hay and topped dressed with chopped corn. This provides for a deliciously sweet and tender meat.

All of our cattle are 100% free of antibiotics and synthetic hormones.

Our pastures are fertilized with our own organic manure and is completely free of any herbicides, fungicides or insecticides.

Our cattle are 19-20 months old when sent to a Provincially Inspected Abittoire, then dry aged for a full 21 days (longer if requested), to optimize tenderness!
